Terms
The rent is $3150 monthly, higher in June through August. No hotel tax is due. There is a $350 cleaning fee.

The Leasing Agreement
I am not a real estate agent, nor am I a professional property manager. I'm just a homeowner who deals directly with you and other vacationers to rent my only vacation home. It is not a walk-up destination, and it may not be readily re-rented in the event of a last-minute cancellation. Therefore the rent is prepaid, in stages. The prepaid portions will be nonrefundable in the event you must cancel for any reason. I most strongly recommend that you buy trip insurance to cover these costs in the event you must cancel. Of course, I will maintain the existing level of advertising the property availability and, if it should rent for a portion of the time you had reserved I will refund 80% of the revenue.

A copy of the lease agreement will be sent to your mailing address. Please sign it and return it two weeks prior to your arrival.

No Smoking Permitted
This is strictly a non-tobacco location. If you use tobacco in any form, please look elsewhere for accommodations. The house is spotless and it will be a fresh, clean place for your relaxation.
